Silverado Senior Living - Turtle Creek offers both general assisted living services and special services for Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia. Many services are provided to residents staying at Silverado Senior Living – Turtle Creek. The staff at the facility is on-call 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Residents can receive help from the staff with daily needs, including cleaning, dressing, and grooming. There are nurses on staff to help with medical issues the regular staff cannot help with, and there is a doctor always on-call to support the nurses and monitor medical issues among the residents. The staff can help residents with managing their medications. Regular visits are paid to the facility by a dentist, podiatrist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, and physical therapist. Escorts are provided to residents going to and from activities. Housekeeping, laundry, and linen services are provided on a regular basis. Three meals are provided daily. Respite services are offered for residents only staying at the facility on a short-term basis. Hospice services are provided to help make residents dealing with terminal illness as comfortable as possible.

A number of amenities are also available for residents at Silverado Senior Living – Turtle Creek. Transportation is provided for residents who want to head to offsite activities, and for residents who need to head to offsite appointments. Snacks are available on a daily basis, and are offered throughout the day. There are indoor and outdoor common areas where residents can gather together and socialize. Educational programs are available for residents who still want to learn new things. Those residents who place importance on spirituality have a number of religious activities available to them. Cable television is available in every apartment at the facility, so residents are not stuck with just cable television. Residents who are fans of nature and the outdoors can visit any of the outdoor gardens for some fresh air.
